    I totes agree. Along w/ the pressure from SHO, Floyd couldn't take a **** without the cleaning lady asking when he was gonna fight Manny. Floyd better hope Manny is as shot as he thinks he is.

    Floyd's only hope is the shot that put Manny to sleep for 5 minutes has taken enough out of him to make it as easy as most of his other defences

    You guys have to come to some sort of agreement; either Floyd picked Manny because he's shot or because he was forced. There is no both.

    If Floyd thinks Manny is shot, then why would he have to be forced into taking the fight? I'm failing to see the logic behind a guy having to be forced to take a high 10 figure payday against he a guy he thinks is shot.

    Because he's taking the fight now after stating emphatically that as long as Pac was w/ Arum and Top Rank, the fight will never happen.

    What did Roach mean when he said Mayweather would've beat Pacquiao 5 years ago and that Mayweather is a shot fighter now?

    It can't be both. It's impossible to chose to fight a guy that you're being forced to fight.

    First, he was forced. Secondly, he was convince by his father and uncle that Pac is shot.

    Of course Floyd was forced. The Guerrero and Maidana fights were box office flops. Floyd decides if he's gonna fight or not, but that doesn't mean that he wasn't given only one option. So yeah, a person can be forced to do something and then agree to it. The fact that Manny was brutally KO'd 2 years ago factored into his decision to finally take the leap.
