Pac's said his focus on this fight is speed, lateral movement, head movement, and footwork. I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see him box. I think they'll definitely incorporate some of the ODLH gameplan for this fight.

you even know or watch boxing?

Pacquiao NEVER tried such a strategy, he was the complete opposite - way way too offensive.

Floyd is prone to body shots, he's all shoulder rolling and bending. Pac will KO him by destroying his abdomen. I expect a Hopkins vs De La Hoya kind of knock out.

This. Especially on the footwork part. I wouldn't say Pac's is better but it's definitely faster. They are used for different things so you can't really say one is more effective than the other. I think Floyd is more balanced with his footwork and he can cut the ring off well. Pac's is good for closing distance and getting in and out. Two completely different styles.

Pac isn't beating Floyd at his game and Floyd isn't beating Pac at his game. Get real.

Maybe but I would give pac more chance in beating Floyd in his own game than vice versa

Pac can box really well its underrated don't be surprised if he does what he did against Oscar but pac is clearly not the same fighter.

Not bad. As weird as it sounds, it's crazy enough to just might work. If Pac does that for the first 3-4 rounds he may get Floyd to make a more aggressive adjustment. Pac can just concentrate on trying to counter Floyd's pokes. After round 4 Manny can turn on the gas for the rest of the fight. The next 2-3 rounds will have Floyd guessing and reacting. The last half of the fight Pac will just rely on out hustling (the hopefully tired)Floyd with all of his new, roid muscles. The big thing is that Roach needs to be really on top of his game this fight and Manny needs to really LISTEN.

the thing is, you know Roger and Floyd sr are devising a strategy to counter Pac's aggression. They are probably thinking Pac will try ad overwhelm Floyd with volume and offense. Floyd Sr is probably studying how Pac leaves himself open when he attacks, how Floyd can counter and outbox him all night.

Turn the tables and Floyd sr and Floyd jr would have a 'wtf' moment. Then Floyd has two options - walk him down and be aggressor or stand his ground and wait for an unwilling Pac to attack. The former would play into pacquiao's hands as he's so fast with his feet. If you watch Pac's last 3 fights vs Floyd's, Pac has looked not only faster but considerably faster with his feet. Hand speed seems close, not foot speed. He can use this advantage by being the one boxing and using defense, not the one charging and taking risks. I see Pacquiao having a much easier time dealing with a charging Floyd and countering him rather than charging Floyd and getting countered. Take Floyd out of his comfort zone, make him take risks, confuse him... we'll see how he does. Floyd has always used his quicker feet and hands vs opponents now Pac can do the same to him...

Pacquiao is too anxious to play the counter puncher. Marquez frustrated him countless times by limiting the amount of action. After 15-20 seconds of no punch being thrown, Pacquiao would leap in and over react to feints because he's anxious, he's hyper in the ring. I don't think Pac would play the matador too long before he wants to be the bull.

that was his downfall vs JMM 4, being too anxious. Pac's strategies vs JMM have been dumb, trying to KO him, trying to out punch him, taking too many risks.

In and out isn't Floyd's game.

I somewhat agree. These guys were destined for one another and would never go in not making mistakes. For every mistake Pac made, Marquez made one too.
