Pretty much. He based that statement on what he saw of Pac in the ring, not of any factual information that Pac was taking PEDs, but that he was so dominanant in his KO's over Cotto and Hatton that he was worried for his health. The whole "he's on peds" is just his own justification for that mindset...either way, he feared for his life.

 

Rocky, Creed, Drago, Lang, all those guys were on the juice.

 

That's exactly what I thought until Manny started refusing testing. It was a bizarre move by team Pacquiao to reject any type of testing as it made them look like they had something to hide.

 

They never rejected the testing, just the format for the testing :thumbsup

a 14 day cut off doesn't sound that bad.,,,,unless a man can get massive power when he juices for the 2 weeks prior to fight night, and still not get caught with it in the system when he gets tested immediately after the fight. :think

His confidence hasn't grown he was forced into the fight with PAC. He had to take orders from someone bigger. He is NOT his own BOSS. He is already defeated pyschologically.

Ya know I didn't bother to read much here, but let them both juice so we can avoid all the rah rah about it.
They are both trying to act innocent, but that's probably not the case.
