@BlizzyBlizz I know, but it's incredible how some could be so blind. I agree they've just asked USADA if they can use a substance that contains steriods. My only question is when is the last time Team Pacquiao did this, or have they just used them in the past and it flew under the radar. They are being transparent now because they have to be, and know that the anti-inflammatory (steroids) they are using could, or will be detected.
Floyd got his Vampire facial and he was blood doping. Pac gets this cream and they say Pac's had cramps for years. Was he using this cream for years? ****en cheats.
Corticosteroids, which are as anabolic as Tylenol. In fact you want an athlete to avoid corticosteroids like prednisone as they can be catabolic, but they may be needed in severe cases.
@acr347 I know that there are over the counter anti-inflammatory aids like Tylenol or Ibuprofen, but we are talking about a CREAM that cost 1800.00, not something that's over the counter. And you certainly don't need approval from a drug testing agency to take Advil or any other form of ibuprofen, as I'm sure the levels steroid compounds in those medications would be in a allowable range. We've all known about Pacquiao's issues with leg cramps, this is nothing new, but what is interesting to me is that the drug they are giving Pacquiao for his condition, needed approval. Like I said maybe it's just being transparent because there's a lot on the line, but Team Pacquiao has never done this in the past.
Dude it's not the amount of steroids cortico steroids used for anti inflammatory are the opposite of aas or anabolic steroids. They are w different types of steroids. Retin a is a steroid, prednisone is a steroid, estrogen is a steroid, they are not aas. I was being facetious with my Tylenol comment, as NSAIDs have nothing to do with what Im Talking about. Cortico steroids are catabolic the opposite of anabolic, they also can cause joint weakness in the long term. Cortico are prescribed as a severe anti inflammatory in debilitating illnesses or injuries, but they are the opposite of aas. It's not the amount, 2 different chemical compounds bro.
Guys ignore the damn Fl*mos. You're just providing them more of an incentive to display their lack of mental development.
@JV28 Got it, but you can't blame someone for questioning a substance that needs approval from USADA, especially when it's got steroid in the name.
