 how was Matthysse- Garcia brutal and Mayweather-Gatti not?. Gatti took one of the worst beatings of his career. Mayweather landed some 160 punches in four rounds :nut

The ass whooping that Maidana gave to Broner was pretty damn brutal.

Mainly because Mayweather has **** all power. He just battered Gatti into submission, but never really hurt him or damaged him overly bad iirc.

Same with Calzaghe-Lacy. One sided and dominant as hell, but not brutal imo.

Brutal fights or brutal beating? There are not the same.

    Anyway

Cotto vs malignaggi. Cotto vs Gomez

Watching Gomez the other night reminded me the flaying he took from Cotto. One of the worst body batterings out there.

If you can't understand how that is a completely contradictory statement, my word man.

Mayweather/Gatti was a brutal ass kicking. "He battered him into submission with no power." -- Amazing......

"The man quit on his stool by mid-fight, was completely finished, but he wasn't hurt or overly damaged." :nut

Because he broke his heart, not his body. It wasn't that he really hurt him, he mentally broke him.

But whatever, take from it what you want. It's not contradictory at all- you don't need huge power to make someone quit when you're as good as Mayweather.

Pac Margarito. I don't like Pac, but I was never more satisfied in seeing him take Margs apart.
