Think it was reduced from 8 or 10 to 6 at the last minute. Nick was slaughtering Khomitsky in the 6th as I recall. Khomitskys face was a mess....after longer fights with Murray he was unmarked. Blackwells jab was particularly impressive.:thumbsup

 

Etches has a terrible defence. He eates way much punches... The Ukranian is too much for him at this point. Etches is gonna be stopped inside 5 rounds.

 

with any luck his recent form against Stieglitz and Buglioni suggests he actually preforms better at super middle.. Its certainly no gimme for Etches. Hope he does it though if Spike and Eubank don't fight, Spike - Etches could be entertaining op

I know the recently-proposed fight never went ahead, but I also felt Khomitsky would be too much for Ryder, if it had gone ahead.

Khomitsky had the flu by all accounts but started well but then faded in the last 2 or 3 rounds.If it was a 10 or 12 rounder Blackwell would have won for sure. A rematch is in order.
