No need to be that ashamed. He looked better than ever. Hes put on some musclemass. The fat is still there, as usual.

That dude didn't weigh no 226. His arms jiggled when he shook them. 240 or thereabouts I'd say. But really, what was the point of that match? Helenius was 7 inches taller and about fifty pounds heavier than his opponent who could have fought at light heavyweight if he'd cut a few pounds like everybody does these days. Could they not find another six foot tall boxer in all of Scandinavia for him to face?

It would probably be easier for Helenius to face Ustinov in Russia, or Boytsov in Germany who are ranked around him at the moment, then Charr, Scott, Chisora, or Arreola, and then he'll be ranked in the top ten again with a shot at Fury or Povetkin who are also in Europe.

And who is Wilder going to fight next? Christy Martin? Remember, Wilder refused to fight anyone in the top 50, nothing but winos............

Not sure if he was 226lbs but he did look to be in the best shape I have ever seen him in. He always looked a little soft, but he looked toned, you could actually see his abs.

It's good to see him return, I think he can be a top contender again in the division. His size, power, decent chin and solid skills will make him a threat. Loved his ring walk as well.

Right now maybe a bit of a stretch as he's been inactive for so long. But give him a few come back fights and The Nordic Nightmare may very well starch Wilder if they ever meet.

He did not indeed weigh 226. They gave accidently wrong info. The real weigh was around 110 kilos

    Ive talked with Vlad Hyrunov.....

Not that Helenius' name came up, but Monsour and his promoter doused an opportunity for Ustinov on American TV with Hyrnov paying the full purse with a 60/40 split in favor of Monsour.

He's been in contact with Sauerland, and all they offer are hasbeens and journeymen.

He's even been in contact with K2, and it's actually his best opportunity since K2 seem willing to feed Banks or Rudenko to him for the right price. :think

Helinus is 20-0, and 31 years old. He can be a factor again. Why would Wilder dare risk a fight with him? Helinus would KO Wilder.
