we saw how a shot mosley managed to rock the hell out of mayweather in the second round mosley also was injured going into the bout:yep

Mosley hurt mayweather with ONLY ONE SHOT

The reason why mosley lost was because he was shot and he got tired a younger mosley would of got him out of there

    thoughts?

You do realize that floyd isn't at his absolute best at 147 even when he fought Mosley. If you put Mosley in his prime then you have to put Floyd in his. Prime Floyd beats Mosley every time barring a KO. Mosley would always have issues with Mayweather, Forrest and Wright. Simple as that.

Prime for prime at 135, I agree.

Mosley at 135 had an aura of invincibility to him. I can't see Mayweather eeking out a win, but it would be a hell of a fight.

I thought so too like maybe like the 200-2003 Mosley, now I'm not so sure. I honestly think floyd is made of sterner stuff atleast against Shane, atleast in their dynamic.

I'm a huge Shane fan he's a bad ass, but against floyd he was so nervous and after the adrenalin dump in round 2 left him exhausted after. He got tossed around by floyd.

Who's to say you get a prime Mosley he doesn't mentally crumble as well v's floyd... For some reason, mentally, floyd intimidated him and was In his kitchen.

He ducked floyd for a reason, on some level he saw something thatbhe knew floyd would give him fits.

Weird too cause he called out winky, Vernon, and at one point it seemed his flow was not taking an easy fight.

I think for some reason, even a younger version, he had the same reticence that i feel floyd had of manny.

When in both cases, I'd think they had the physical advantages and style to probably win. (younger, bigger, stronger Mosley during the toothache) and floyd 2010 seems to have seen something about manny, that we all know on some level troubled him.

shane was SHOT IN THE FIGHT AGAINST MAYWEATHER

    do you understand?

so taking that fight as a example doesnt mean very much that was far from a prime mosley

Pac wouldn't fight him at that time. Roach wanted him to weigh 142 pounds and said "Shane, you are just too good." Pac wouldn't fight him until after he lost to Mayweather and drew with Mora and you guys have the nerve to call Mayweather a "cherrypicker".
