I like Joshua's personality and humble approach. Definite upside there. He does look a bit cement footed though. They should bring him along slowly. Maybe an athletic hw who can move but can't pop would be a good step up. Test his ability to cut the ring off/footwork. Steve Cunningham in the near future, perhaps?
