Does Mayweather Get Credit For Win Over Canelo

    he full well should. Yes it was at 152 but people overlook that Canelo weighed in at 153 just the fight prior.

    People built up Canelo as someone that will give Floyd a challenge. Of course Floyd's detractors said Floyd will do whatever he can to duck Canelo. Canelo is sent to school and all of a sudden he's a cherry pick.

    I don't see your point the first thing I said was I didn't like the catch weight in either bout. IMO more often than not they are unnecessary, still when comparing the fight's there were more factors at play to disrupt Cotto than Alvarez

    ... and people overlook that Canelo didn't make weight for his very next fight and had to pay Angulo money to make the fight at 155 lbs. :nut

    Yeah he likely did that on purpose to make the weight drained excuse look better

    canelo was a mismatch. i said before the fight even happened that floyd would win easily by decision. canelo is just too slow for floyd

    Canelo wasnt an elite fighter in 2013, his biggest win was a close decsion win against Austin Trout, he was all hype! 2 years on and he still isnt a top 10 P4P fighter.

    Overrated win imo.
