    he doesn't dominate this one

lewis, tyson and holmes are a clear level better, 2 or 3 levels tbh, he could have had a good career in those decades, dominate? **** no.

fury isn't particullarly slow, but ali would make him look it and he doesn't have enough stamina or power to equalise the speed.

given what we've seen of his chin i'd have to pick louis to ko him.

that leaves 1900's, 10's, 20's, 50's. that he has a chance to be the clear best. Don't fancy his chances of surviving 15+ rounds vs big punchers in little gloves tbh.

Lewis would be a good fight but I feel fury would prevail

Fury vs Tyson boggles my mind my 2 favourite fighters fighting is not something I wish to see however I feel Fury could beat Mike as he is more versatile and has the obvious physical advantages

    Holmes would get destroyed pur-lease

Nobody not even ali could make Fury look slow I think in your mind you're using the Fury from 5 years ago

Joe Louis would get beat down worse then Holmes. Fury is far, far beyond primo carnera not to forget bigger

Bigger Tyson would be feeding his hairy chest to smaller Tyson up to the point where smaller Tyson would bite his nipple and get disqualified. Lewis is an obvious mismatch for Tyson in every possible way. Not sure about Holmes. Holmes had no power and maybe Tyson could rough him up, although Holmes would not be easy to catch.

When you say Lewis is a mismatch for Tyson which Tyson are you talking about ???

Because prime Mike and prime Fury(who we have not seen yet) will both beat lennox Lewis

In response to your last paragraph in the 1900's, 10's and 20's Sam Langford and jack dempsey were on the scene and both are much more of a threat to Fury then lennox or Holmes

Neither did and neither would. Lennox is one of the most perfect specimen to enter the ring at HW division when he had his mind totally focused on his opponent. Lennox at best had everything. Power, Size, Speed, Technique, Ring IQ. Both Tyson's will get knocked out at any stage of their boxing careers to Lennox.

So the 2 tyson's fail where Rahman succeeded

    Ok then:lol:

You obviously overrate lennox like a lot of people do

Rahman 1 is typical excuse for nay sayers. Lennox at his best is probably the greatest heavyweight boxer in history of boxing. He had his flaws and bad moments, but when he fully used his potential he was on a level that nobody else in HW division has reached, in my opinion.

There's many HW's that not only would've beaten him, but knocked him out in an extremely violent manner.

No one is going to tell me that 70's Foreman or Shavers wouldn't put Fury into a medical coma if they could've fought him.

Prime Mike Tyson would also put Furyin the ICU. As far as guys that could've just easily outboxed him to a simple UD, names like Ali, Holmes, Bowe and Holyfield ring to mind.

Oh yea, special shout out to Lennox Lewis, a guy that would've also knocked out Fury cold inside 4 or 5 rounds.

Fury is an overhyped, overrated HW who is lucky he's campaigning in the weakest, most diluted form of the HW division in decades. Had he campaigned in the 70's-90's, I don't know if he'd even be a top 10 HW in those eras.
