Yeh was a nice spar, jones is 6'4 and probably about 220lbs here he looks overweight. Even so he makes kova look small, can't see kovalev moving up to 200lbs. He trains too hard for that

I wouldn't mind seeing more of that. Kovalev vs Jones would be a good fight. Course there's no reason to move up yet with Stevenson, Beterbiev, and Brahmer still to be dealt with at light heavyweight.

I'm not a big fan of his since I think a 6'4" man fighting at welterweight is ridiculous and shows we have something wrong with people exploiting the weight classes to beat up on smaller guys, and I think it's pretty sickening that he would use steroids on top of his natural advantages. But I did really enjoy his fight with Lebedev.

Look at his career. He spent most of it at welterweight (15 fights), light middleweight (10 fights), etc. He had bigger height and reach advantages than Tommy Hearns, Paul Williams, Alexis Arguello, Michael Spinks, or Bob Foster. I say stop being a ***got and fight other men your size. He's naturally 220 pounds. At least now he fights at Cruiser with the old light heavyweights and the other guys who are afraid of Klitschko.

From what I understand Jones tested positive for weight-cutting drugs. As noted, he's huge and would probably be 215-220 on fight night as a heavy. Hard to understand how he made ww; must have been hella skinny.

Jones is an intriguing opponent for alot of heavyweights.

yeh seen that aswell, this opponent would more than likely get sillakh'd in a real fight, but does well in sparring kova.

Jones looked like Roy Jones taking it easy on Mike McCallum.
