    Hardly anything of significance landed for either in the 4th until that one huge right for Martirosyan.

Martirosyan is just ambling into range, hesitating and letting Charlo light him up with fast jabs and combos before moving unpunished. Martirosyan is too hesitant, feinting but hardly punching. Charlo rolls with a right hand moving back. Jabs by Charlo. Diving right on the body by Martirosyan
