I was in the crowd so I didn't hear the commentary but me and my friend had that Ukrainian lad up at least 4. I was shocked when I heard the scores read out.

I felt he won by 7-5, was a good close fight though, on the RRR thread around page 13-15 I think there's other peoples opinions, scorecards were very unfair on the Ukrainian

I had the Ukranian up 116-112. I thought he won the first four then Gavin McDonnell came back in a bit during the middle rounds and then I had the Ukranian winning the last 2 or 3. I know the fght is over in England so I was expecting a split decision that could go either way but those cards were a disgrace in my opinion.

the punch states showed the Ukrainian guy landed 9% of his punches, which does look wrong. Think McDonnell won a majority of the rounds 2-10, think jim had it 8-4 to McDonnell so its strange even the judges were more biased them he was

    Had it 7-5 for McDonnell.

those cards were criminal... comparable situation to AA vs Smith I as mentioned in the RbR.

I felt he edged it, world title is a tough ask though in that weight class!

Clearly won. Only way you could score it for the Ukranian is if you were blind.

I had it much closer than the cards had it, Gavin has been matched very well so far though, just always seems to have enough or a bit of luck. I cant see him getting near a world title though.

Didn't watch it all but I saw 1-8 and had the Ukrainian win 2 of those so I cant make a case for him winning.

Had him JUST edging it out. Was way closer than the cards or Sky team would have had you think though
