So he's on par with Briggs now, you know beating bums, getting some ranking and looking for a big fight to make some money. Apparently Huck is scheduled for someone in June so who's he going to go against?
Roy is really putting in work lately....that's two quick KO's in a month. Gotta give him props he's really making one last push.
He does look good in that clip , its just he cant move about anymore still has a bit of power and his hands fly effortlessly, the only good thing about him at this stage is that hell be well aware of his limatations unlike a few years ago when he first started the decline and tried the same things.
if he keeps fighting this level of opposition then by all means, he can do what he wants to. He has dominated his last 5 opponents.
Still very fast.....but he had no concerns for what his opponent had to offer. He didn't think to let his hands go. That's not a luxury he has at 46 if he's fighting a legitimately ranked fighter. But that sequence was impressive! Fast and explosive! But do that against someone like Kovalev and I'll be convinced Roy turned back the clock.
He looks to be about half as fast as the 90's but that's still 95% faster than all cruisers (handspeed).
