    I'd favor him over Eubank Jr., definitely. Eubank Jr. is awful. Saunders is a different story, though. I'm not sure. I'd say 50-50.

    I really wish Monroe were brought along more slowly at this point and matched with people like Saunders instead of being thrown in with Golovkin so early.

    Yeah, he would've been better suited if he fought Saunders and then maybe Rubio. Still, I think he's the best opponent Golovkin had to choose from. Heiland and Johnson just don't bring a new dynamic over Murray and Rubio.

    Will be interesting to see how GGG will succeed to cut off the ring vs a mover like Monroe.

    I was pretty bummed out when I heard the news of the fight being made.

    Because I think if Monroe had 2-3 more step up fights to develop, he could have made it a much better fight. Maybe even pulled a Worm.

    Vera -> Golovkin too big a jump though, even for the talented. Hopefully he doesnt take too much damage to his confidence or grey matter, and is able to grow from the beating he is about to receive.
