I thought this guy was so easy? I mean not too long ago this guy was justifying Guerrero, Maidana and Ortiz as more worthy opponents vs a guy who just got KO'd and already lost 5 times.

Looks like Mayweather will dot every i and cross every t.

The name Pacquiao is the most important name to his legacy he's not leaving anything to chance.

On a side note, I find it very sad to be reminded that money and the social scale is of the uttmost importance to Mayweather.
Mayweather feels the need to flash his money and fame to anyone that comes near him.
He pushes this importance on his family that I doubt that teaching his kids about moral values is of any importance to him.
Down the line when his boxing career is good and done I doubt very seriously Mayweather will have peace in his heart.
Thats something money just cant buy.

    Floyd cant have peace.

The most important part of that interview:

SAS: Did you always want to be a boxer?
Floyd: ... Its all I know.

Thats why the material world takes so much space in his life, he has nothing else to balance it with and keep him grounded.

Floyd is the richest athlete in the World and he is about to make a single payday that rivals a star NFL QB's whole contract.

Boxing is the biggest sport in the world as far as money goes and if you don't agree check the cash register. The numbers for this fight are mind blowing. Mayweather will also be the highest paid athlete in the world for the 3rd straight year.

"Cus he's not just any other fighter." - Floyd's most candid statement in a long time. He's always prepared but this time he knows he's got something of an unknown quantity in front of him.

I agree. This is what I professional does, prepare himself as best as he can before the battle. He knows that Manny is a threat and I believe the slight fear he has of Manny, will provide the fuel which will lead him to put on one of his greatest performances ever.
