What's the deadline date for the purse bids? What if Roc-Nation win the purse bid? Will Froch vacate? Can't see Chavez Jr being interested in fighting him without a belt. Maybe he'll fight DeGale instead if he manages to beat Dirrell.

If Froch wants a big US fight to finish off on he needs to leave Hearn and either sign a short term deal with someone like Haymon/GBP. I think he will end up fighting Degale in September if James brings the belt back this Ward business is a non starter and god only knows anyway what's happening with Andre's career - such a shame he's wasting his prime.

If carl frochs career ends today, his career ends winning George Groves at Wembley stadium in front of 80,000 people. Hardly a bum note.


Hes got 30 million in the bank, a nice little family about to get married to one of the most beautiful women in the uk! People sat in there parents spare room, working in a dead end job hating on someone with all of the above makes me LOL

 

I do agree. But... His career hasn't needed because HE WANTS IT TO END, it's because his promoter can't fulfil his wish. Simple!

How hard can it be for Eddie to make a fight with Chavez happen? It's not like Carl wants him at the City Ground! He'll fight him in his backyard ffs.

It's almost as if Carl is being made to retire, IMO.

 

It's difficult for froch, there's no middle ground for him, ward, golovkin, kovalev are all really hard fights for him at this stage, does he really want to put his body through a war with any of them? I doubt it. He's made his money.

Also I highly doubt degale will beat direll
