I think anyone that has a pulse and isnt dehydrated half to death has a great chance to nab Wilder's belt. Not that Haye will get the chance to though since the WBC is sending Wilder to be brutally curb-stomped by the winner of Povetkin Perez.

I will say this though, I think that if Haye had the ba.lls to get inside against Waldo he could have made that fight competetive. Wlad looked absolutely terrified and seemed panicked every time Povetkin got past his jab. Luckily for him the ref let him climb onto Povetkin's shoulders and Judo throw him.

I think Haye is one of the most overrated fighters of recent years, isn't even a good heavyweight, and obviously I wouldn't bank on him ever setting foot in a ring again.

BUT ... with a man like Deontay Wilder walking around with a "world title", I've got to say YES, it is possible Haye could win one too !

Haye was a fantastic boxer. He have all the tools, he was superb fast, his reflex was simply insane and has great power.
Against Wlad his tactic was complete wrong, and Wlad was prime there with great late Steward.

Do they offer world titles for talking and pulling out of fights, becasue for that, he'd be undisputed.

Great fighter and brought the hype. But too many cancelled fights meant a lot of promotors lost of faith in him.

He will have to appear on a few under cards for little money and do it consistently if he is to show his seriousness.

I gave up on Haye years ago.

He could have been a solid #2 right after Wlad. But no, he decides to be a prima donna and make all kinds of excuses.

:deal Haye would also brutally stop the current, 40-year-old version of Wlad.

Yep. He was also not 100% healthwise in that fight. Without Manny Steward in his corner, grandpa Wlad gets knocked the F out by Haye in a rematch.

Sugar Nikolai "The GOAT" "Yeti Hunter" "Handsome Man" Valuev let them win out of pity obviously.
