Yeah, but he's never proved himself the best, which I thought would be his aim.
He's only rated #1 (by some) in his division by default, because the best fighter has been terribly inactive - and Froch is confirming it by showing that he's not very keen for the Ward rematch.

that on-going inactivity is the reason there's been no rematch. booking a venue confirms he ain't keen? right...

His kid has just done an impression of his dad dressed up as a clown. Poor bloke is so desperate to be a cross over star.

So the public didn't want it then? If not, how did it fill out Wembley?

pretty sure i read something about him wanting to go into acting and says he's been offered a minor film role.

to be fair a lot of boxers (and people in general) struggle with retirement as they have nothing to do. He could be the next James bond lol.

he has already got some advice from the big stars.

"A lot of the time they play themselves, so that was the advice: be yourself."

    in that case he's f**ked.

He could actually audition for a role where a Cobra is needed.

I mean, he literally calls himself 'The Cobra'.

    Barber: That'll be £12.50, please.
Froch: 'The Cobra' doesn't pay for haircuts!

Or the Nat Geo channel could do a feature on him when they do 'Snake Week'.

so Sturm-Chudinov has been upgraded from an interim fight to a full regular wba title fight.

So Froch is presumably beltless now?
