I'm pretty sure Vitali was happy with the decision but he acted the way he did to appear as if he could go on and so that some people will think it was a robbery and not an outright defeat as he knew himself. He managed to do that, obviously.

Fact: Vitali beat the **** outta lewis and scared him into retirement

Vitali was robbed off his win by the biased referee, venue and black doctor. Biased doctor never even gave Vitali's corner the chance of working on the cut, which wasn't that bad to begin with, blood wasnt getting in his eye.

Lewis was done, you can see it clearly when he practically collapses on his stool at the end of the last round, he was totally exhausted, both physically and mentally. Vitali was going to knock him out in the next round, he was robbed off his victory by the biased, xenophobic, racist crooks that control boxing. He still won the event, though
