You think after getting arrested he is going to leave everything in the house?

How do you know it was all stored at his home?

I'm saying the likelihood in this day and age he was selling skunk, coke and weed. That is the stuff that gets people to keep coming back. You don't get addicted to pure weed alone. If he was hardcore which is unlikely he'd be selling dope.

My problem isn't the fact that AJ isn't a good guy 24/7 but he pretends to be that nice guy next door 24/7.

No one can be nice all the time, it's impossible, I'm not stupid, it's apart of being human having light and dark, but don't front it and pretend to be something you are not

If he was real and showed his true self with it's his flaws he'd get a lot more respect.

Tyson fury isn't a nice guy, but I support him because he is himself and doesn't front being nice to get more gullible casuals to support him who want some Mr PC nice guy who doesn't offend anybody.

AJ is happy to be a fraud, rehe**** his speeches like he is the president and then pretend he isn't arrogant, violent and aggressive when those who know what's going know different.

Eddie is trying to market you to a wider, whiter audience it will eventually start to put a strain on your mental state pretending to be something your not.

Eddie too busy trying to make him a Frank Bruno type when he should let him be who he is naturally

I met him a few months before he went to the Olympics and my dad met him just after he won gold and on both occasions he was a real gent, had time to talk and came across very down to earth.

I reckon Hearn has just asked him to spice things up a bit, he must get annoyed with everyone moaning about him knocking so called bums over, it's still very early for this kid, and he needs to do things the right way, fighters calling out world champions at this stage is silly.
Wouldn't suprise ME if this time next year he holds british, commonwealth and Euro titles and that would be great!

Most top boxers have questionabke backgrounds and were often fighting when growing up or in gangs etc its what toughens them up

"You think after getting arrested he is going to leave everything in the house?"

As soon as you're arrested, whilst you're in custody they raid your house. That's before any phone calls or anything. If there's drugs in the house they'll find them.

"I'm saying the likelihood in this day and age he was selling skunk, coke and weed. That is the stuff that gets people to keep coming back. You don't get addicted to pure weed alone. If he was hardcore which is unlikely he'd be selling dope."

Trust me, if you're selling Class A drugs you won't go anywhere near weed. If you're selling weed, you're only selling weed or you're a dumb ****.

"My problem isn't the fact that AJ isn't a good guy 24/7 but he pretends to be that nice guy next door 24/7.

No one can be nice all the time, it's impossible, I'm not stupid, it's apart of being human having light and dark, but don't front it and pretend to be something you are not

If he was real and showed his true self with it's his flaws he'd get a lot more respect."

He doesn't pretend to be nice 24/7 though, being nice in a 10 minute interview isn't pretending to be nice 24/7. If he did pretend he was the nice guy next door he wouldn't call girls b itch s in interviews and would have kept his past a secret, not mentioning the reason why he started lifting and boxing was so he when he went back home he'd be respected and go right back to his old ways. Because the majority of the time he's nice in interviews and then one time he swears and acts aggressive he's suddenly a fraud. Isn't that showing his flaws?

"Tyson fury isn't a nice guy, but I support him because he is himself and doesn't front being nice to get more gullible casuals to support him who want some Mr PC nice guy who doesn't offend anybody."

Fury is a good guy. Sometimes he's as humble as they come, other times he's **** talking trying to sell the fight but it doesn't make him a fraud. However when AJ is aggressive or talks **** he is?

"AJ is happy to be a fraud, rehe**** his speeches like he is the president and then pretend he isn't arrogant, violent and aggressive when those who know what's going know different."

Or he's just trying to be a role model?

Manny doesn't profess to be a nice guy, Joshua is always saying stay humble etc, trying to paint himself as a nice guy, you can see recently it's been cracking a bit which isn't a bad thing, be interesting if he gets in a few press conferences with a trash talking who has a bit of a go at him if the mask will slip.

It's all pre-emptive, there was no point hiding his past, because it would've come out regardless. The press are hounds and can pick up dirt on anyone fairly easily.

Much better to come out yourself and spin it to your advantage by saying how much you've changed etc

And everyone loves a hard knock story, this is why Matchroom have managed to milk over 4 documentaries of him retelling the same tale of how much of a tough childhood anthony had, even though he lived in watford and went to a private school.

I've never heard him call girls *****es in interviews not with any mainstream productions, maybe with kugan. But that is dueto kugan's ability to get a rapport with his interviewees where they are relaxed and that;s where the mask slips.

But his main selling point has always been the ''nice humble guy'' spiel, that's why the commentators last night, made it a point that it was a bonus that he was the nicest guys in boxing.

And I doubt AJ cares about being a role model when he is apparently referring to women as *****es and threatening to knock people's head off who aren't boxers.

His whole act is nothing more than a brand to get everyone on board the hype train. He talks to the press with one eye over his shoulder to make sure he saying the right thing.

Fury I agree is a good guy but he has a genuine nasty side to him that he isn't afraid to show. He even got fined by the british board of control for excessive foul languange in a press conference, but he doesn't give a damn about pleasing white collar parasites who only see the fighters as cash cows.

That's why is a lot more real and honest than AJ, so is manny, even floyd because simply they are not willing to compromise their personalities to brown nose their owners.

You've been on here for 5 minutes and you think you can dictate what goes on here?

I didn't create this thread, I simply offered my view, and you want to cry about bannings, because it isn't what you want to hear about your hero?

The only person going anywhere is that clown of a poster jimjim if the amir khan algieri fight goes ahead.

Well tough luck son, I ain't going anywhere because I bring more to the table on this forum than you will ever be capable of. I'm one of the best posters on this site.

And I am talking boxing, but I don't brown nose every fighter. I'm simply willing to expose every single fraud there is that is actually either ruining the sport of boxing or giving it a bad name.

I'm afraid your boy AJ falls into that catogory in trying to fraud his way to the top and cater HW to a PC friendly audience when it is a working man's sport who want to see real fighters who are, willing to be authentic and fight reasonable level opponents.

Instead we see this guy painted as some beast because he steam-rolled through a couple of cans.

Floyd and Fury do act, they do it to sell the fight and gain interest in themselves. Floyd has openly said it's an act to sell the fight. I remember a few years ago when Fury was fighting on channel 5 he was trying to say he heard voices in his head and that he's mental to draw attention to himself and give himself a public persona, which he didn't keep up for long. The swearing in the press conference was probably planned too so the fight gets more attention, just like when he flipped the table. They pretend to be badasses to gain public interest and make $$$ when in reality they are generally good guys.

This 'peoples champ' image is bullish*t, mate.

Anyone with half a braincell (unlucky Solaris, Pro Punter) can see he's putting it on and is still a thug.

So you think it was planned for fury to get himself fined 15k by the Boxing board?

I agree that these fighters play up the villian role to build up a fight, but unless they are A level actors a lot of it comes from just genuinely being angry/pumped up/frustrated leading up to the fight when a lot of trash talk is exchanged and not being afraid to hide it

You can't act genuine angry/hatred towards your opponent which has been displayed many times by floyd (see floyd vs guerrero after roberts dad brought up Floyd's history with his wife)
