Boxers who you hated but changed your opinion?

For me it has to be Paulie Malignaggi. I thought he was a proper tool but having seen him doing some commentary in the UK and doing bits and bobs on Ringside tv show he seems really humble and knowledgeable about the sport. He did not lack heart in the ring either.

Hate is a strong word, but when I first saw Andy Lee I didn't like him much, but having heard him in interview I have become a fan. Genuine and very open and honest.

Mayweather. I detested him from around the point he fought DLH but my opinion has changed. Oddly I found myself rooting for Maidana against him but I'll be backing him against Pac.

Same as me. I never liked him until I put the emotions aside and looked at him purely from a boxing point of view. I don't even mind all the trash he talks and the money he shows off now, he earned it all and deserves it and he can do what he likes! It's all part of the game. He seems a decent bloke away from all that.
