freitas quit. i dont think he is a good lw tbh.
freitas already beat casamayor before casa beat chico on their first fight.

You not making sense. You bringing up about clottey that smashed chico but yet you think barrera would be able to outbox corrales at 130 pounds? Think what you just said bro lol. Look at the size differents of barrera and clottey lol.

Acelino didnt give casamayor a rematch as well because he felt disrespected.

In a very close fight that could go either way.

Freitas quit cause Corrales was killing him with big power shots over and over again

Corrals at his peak was a monster but had a habit of fighting with his hands low during heated exchanges, which I think lead to his early decline, and the fact he stayed at 130 too long.

With that Said agree with another poster, at his peak Corralez, but Antonio went on to much more in his career.

freitas was a very good fighter, one of the greats from brazil and corrales brutalized him down the stretch... That was a very good win for corrales....honestly i dont think barerra would have been able to beat a freitas at 135...

The Clottey reference just highlight how limited Corrales was.

Casamayor is 5'7" and Barrera 5'6". Casamayor tried following the Mayweather blue print and outboxed Corrales in the first fight, although having a bit more trouble.

Corrales fought very similar to Hamed. Both were very limited counter-punchers, who waited for opponents to come to them and they landed their big punches.

Barrera knew exactly what to do and fought on the backfoot against Hamed and avoided damage. Barrera would follow the same blue print Mayweather and Casamayor followed. So no it wouldn't have surprised me if Barrera could have outboxed Corrales winning many rounds. The real question would be could Corrales with his limited skill set catch Barrera?

MAB is greater than corralles + freitas + casamayor + castillo combined.
