I missed the first quarter of the fight but even if Quillin swept the early rounds, and even with the knockdown points, Lee did mostly outbox him in the next 75% of the match.

 

Quillin couldn't make weight glad he didn't win

 

Quillin clearly won. Close fights can be robberies, I admit Lee took over more than Quillin in the second half(I made this thread after Lee's knockdown), but you'd basically have to give Lee every round from 6-12 to give him the win.

In fairness MVC! doesn't always base who won/lost on close fights based on their skin colour like ellerbe does

 

I agree with draws being eliminated not sure that's the best way to do it though.
