    Round 5

Browne is dashing in low under the now steadily rowed out jab of Aaron Pryor. Browne is popping the southpaw 1-2 into the midsection while stooping in, face below Pryor's crotch. Pryor reaches down at him with light jabs and dipstick rights. Browne is getting clutched whenever Pryor can wrap either arm underneath him like a pulley.

    10-9 Browne

    50-45 Browne

Thinking being a proud native of the hometown of the guy that got the gift doesn't affect your view of the fight, how naive & precious. :D

They really need to do something about the day they air PBC on NBC Saturday isn't great, they have their hard out for local news and SNL, so the fun is over by 11 and we get bored to death by the now....overcard.

    Round 6

Browne is landing some huge looping left leads leaping in. Pryor is jabbing and grabbing, attempting to walk the smaller southpaw down but having to quickly drop over to either side to avoid Browne's anti-aircraft counter bombs. Very sloppy offense & defense by Pryor, using his upper body like a whip, moving in serpentine fashion, wrapping himself around Browne.

    10-9 Browne

    60-54 Browne

Power shots have to land......Danny was finding air and missed opportunity most of the night.....the other times he hit Lamont's elbows. If Danny landed head shots then his power is over rated and I can refer back to your comment about my " train of thought" being "interesting"......Lamont's jab does do more damage. .....or at least it did tonight. And you are definitely drinking the kool-aid Kid....

Someone just told Aaron Pryor Jr. they're going to stop this if he doesn't fight.

Just interested because we were talking about this before the fight. Do you still have Danny in your top 10 p4p? I know you're a big fan so I'm guessing you saw the fight for him. I had Peterson winning quite widely. Just interested in your take, Danny didn't look very impressive to me.

The ringside physician stopped it on the basis of Pryor's blood-filled nose.

a clean jab is not scored as highly as a clean power shot but Peterson was landing clean jabs at will while dsg literally landed a handful of clean power shots. I probably have to watch it again but I don't remember dsg being able to the cut the ring to land his clean shots, he did well to the body but most were at last semi blocked so they really were glancing for the most part.

jabs are really a good scoring shot for judges especially when it disrupts your opponent to the point he is swinging at air for the most part.

tough fight to score in all honesty. I had Peterson clearly winning the fight at the end. I forget what I gave for the first 6 rounds. I think I have it 4/2 dsg but have to watch again.

one thing is for sure, I don't pay attention to punch stats but people saying the punch stats showed Peterson landed 9 power shots through 6 rounds ? did they really show that ? that's insanely inaccurate if shown and the button pushers need their eyes checked and their severance package asap

Did Pryor say he couldn't breathe?

Not an unprecedented reason to stop a fight. Israel Vazquez's nose filled with blood in the 1st Marquez fight.

Again....please forgive the judges, compubox, and myself for not thinking Peterson's jabs > DSG's power punches....Only possible way you could see this fight as a robbery is with that train of thought.
