I must admit I felt Peterson won that fight by a wide margin.

Apparently Farhood and MVC count hitting air as a scoring shot

Well I think both were hitting air a bit but Peterson was landing his jab a lot throughout and seemed to control the pace landed the more eye catching shots, the more shots and for me was the man who deserved to win.

Peterson gave the fight away. When he stopped running long enought to do something other than throw a jab 6 inches in front of danny's face he go the best of every exchange. He got horrible advice from his corner who kept telling him to run until they reaized he was down on the cards. At one point he literally ran, like turned his back and ran, swinging arms and all. It was so frustrating to watch because every time he stopped running, he won the exchanges. the judges didn't give garcia a gift, peterson did

I thought Peterson won a very, very close decision - maybe a draw.

It was the perfect demonstration of the boxing scoring system in all of its beauty and flaws.

Garcia's rounds were won by a whisker and Peterson's rounds were absolutely dominated.

Peterson only has himself to blame for failing to get the decision on the cards though - he allowed Garcia to pick up too many of the early rounds too easily. Garcia barely done anything in the rounds - but he done more than Peterson.

    Here's the compubox numbers. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CCXBuqzUIAEnf90.jpg

Garcia barely landed anything past round 7 and Peterson hardly missed after that, so - depending upon how reliable you think Compubox is - it can show roughly how the fight scored.

Poll is pretty clear. I personally had it 119-110. The decision was a joke quite frankly and Garcia has been exposed again as what I have always felt he is which is a limited slugger.

How the hell do people think Garcia was winning the early rounds? he was not landing anything, there was one round the 3rd or the 4th and I literally closely watched the full round and Garcia did not land a single punch and the BoxNation commentators still scored him the round even though he was getting hit with jabs.

peterson did little to nothing for 4 round which meant Garcia could do little but chase down and try so they all go to Garcia for me.

The rest barr 1 round i gave to Peterson. So had him winning it by 2. I could argue for another round going Garcia,s way and i could swallow a draw.

But Garcia didnt win that fight and i wanted him to.

peterson didnt do anything for the first half of the fight, he basically lost every round. Through the first 8 i had it 7-1 or 8-0 garcia and giving the last 4 to peterson, i had it 115-113 or 116-112.

I gave the fight to Peterson but he's clearly back on those good PEDS. Looked like he could do another 12.

Tell me what was Garcia doing? He wasn't letting his hands go. Peterson was moving around and actually throwing jabs. Garcia was just following him around the ring not doing anything.

    :patsch

What did Garcia do to win any of these rounds? He didn't have one single dominant flurry in the fight. The 6th is the only round I thought Garcia clearly won how you could say he clearly won any other round is a joke.
