For pac yes. He was planning to go to 140 after Algieri. WW is not pac's natural weight. He needs to eat more and get some protein to bulkup. He is not that tall. I for one is around 142 pounds and around his height and age. I do run but i'm not fit. I can make 130 or lower if I just have the food discipline
