Predictable: Kovalev vs Stevenson won't happen.

Perhaps, Stevenson vs Beterbiev will happen instead

 

I'd prefer Stevenson vs Chilemba. Nothing should get in the way with Kova vs Biev.

 

Now Stevenson can say Kovalev ducked, and somehow I am willing to bet he will.

 

Guys, why don't you just own up and stop manufacturing theories. Team Kovalev withdrew from purse bids for fear of being outbid. Meanwhile team Stevenson committed to fighting regardless of who won the bid.

If it was team Stevenson pulling out you'd say Stevenson was ducking. Coz its team Kovalev pulling out you're just gonna cook up theories?

That narrative that I've seen so often on here that Stevenson is scared of Kovalev is disproven. At that level no fighter is scared of another.

Look at everyone defending ggg for wanting to fight cotto and not wanting to move up "there's nothing wrong with staying in a division and cleaning it out".......yet ward has faced much better comp and cleared it out and he's a ***** if he doesn't move up to face kovalev......but ggg is thr man for wanting to fight a welterweight in Miguel cotto

 

What is more natural than GGG wanting to fight the WBC & Lineal champion of his division? Seriously? If Cotto doesn't want to fight GGG, he shouldn't have moved up to MW to fight an old, shot Martinez. He's rightfully criticized for ducking GGG and it has absolutely nothing to do with skin color.

 

It's just ggg fan boys wanting to add an actual legit name to a **** resume......if another fighter were in gggs position they'd get killed for picking on Lil cotto....."cotto not a mw".....everyone was saying he didn't belong there before the Sergio fight and Sergio would kill him (don't say u yourself never said that....I don't care.....majority of esb felt that way).., but because it's ggg he can fairly pick on Lil cotto who doesn't belong there in the first place.......man imagine if Andre Ward was calling out canelo after canelo beat a one legged 168 champ

 

GGG's 5'9.... same as Canelo

Cotto is 5'7 and ward is 6'1, which of those two men is closer to 5'9?

Well it doesn't matter, because Cotto consiously decided to move up to 160, beat the champ, an is now the lineal mw champ, and he should defend the belt against the other guys in his division, especially a guy like GGG who also holds a belt and made it clear he wants to unify

 

Why can ggg stay put in a **** division and it's ok for him to not move up .....but ward can clean out a good division and go through the super 6....but he's a ***** for not going up for kovalev? Yet wards like 2 years younger than ggg and his resume is way better

 

Because most of you morons don't even want to aknowledge GGG as the best 160 pounder.

So do you at least agree that the other fighters at 160 have been avoiding him? Also lets not pretend like GGG is some monster, he is the same size as Canelo, if not smaller...

 

Kinda funny u can see ggg listed at 5-10 1/2 on boxrec.....did u measure ggg yourself?
