Going away from home and winning a UD to win a title? In the states? not a great win?

Porter also handly beat Alexander, im not saying Porter is a p4p fighter far from it but how many Brit fighters over the years have won a title in the USA beating a US champ? Not many, u have to take the circumstances into account aswell as the fighter...

Jones is a credible enough opponent, again not world class buts he got a bit about him as brian Rose found out

Porter is an excellent fighter in my opinion I think he is top 5 since the loss people have been sore on him unfairly

Kell hadn't fought the greatest opposition, but now that he wants to the opposition runs away. He was clearly been held away from life opposition for a long time, but now that he's there you can hardly blameert him for Amir don't want ing any.

Good fighter but imo one dimentional, predicatable and uses up way to much energy bouncing about like he does....

    Needs to reinvent himself

McCloskey was at least undefeated European champion when he fought Khan

Why does Khan get **** for struggling to a win over Julio Diaz when Porter never gets slack for struggling to a GIFT draw Julio Diaz?

Shawn Porter could very easily have a loss on his record to Julio Diaz

So, by your logic, Brook will be a 'legend' soon enough?

One opponent out of how many? Going on 35/40?

I read that post and agreed, no I do not think Brook will become a legend anytime soon.

What I do agree with (or how I understood it) is sometimes fighters take longer to mature, some take longer peak. Brook is unbeaten and a world champion, he will have tougher fights that's for sure and until then we just do not know how he will cope.

People can keep knocking Brook and sooner or later he'll lose just like Khan has and he will be called a "fraud" and abused for being "exposed" but regardless he will make good money and has achieved something I wish I could.

Porter is a very good win. World Class.

But Kell hasn't been tested much before that Jones? - Jones should have been fought 20 fights in. He's a decent journey man gate keeper.

Senchecko is awful - Stopped that is stopped by Paulie and was being beaten by the Ghost of Ricky Hatton a weight class above his prime before finding a show stopper of a body shot.

I do how ever think Kell can compete with the best - that's compete not beat but he's huge at the weight and has some ability. But on the way up his list of fights is worse than Hattons.
