    I agree completely

    regular champion, super champions, super duper champions, diamond champion, silver champions, brass champions.

    It will never happen but wouldn't it be beautiful if it went back to just one belt each division.

    I don't really think any champion with powerful backers ever has to fight a mandatory. They just pretend they have to when they want to. The quality of mandatory challengers is so low that fights with them are just tune ups.

    While we're on this discussion...what do you guys think about PBC reportedly introducing their own belt. It will presumably mean that there's only 1 champ per division

    Wasn't there a Venezuelan who was meant to fight him?

    As for PBC belts they'll be seen as worse than the IBO stuff, and doubt they'll be recognised outside haymonland

    Salinas was a mandatory. But how can the Wba force a mandatory for the their champions when they have 3 belts? I can't see them having an Interim Eliminator, Regular eliminator etc etc

    Surely the Interim should be Mandated to fight the Regular and the Regular Mandated to fight the Super? (e.g Froch and Ward)

    I'm surprised the other 3 organisations haven't tried to alienate the WBA but rejecting any "unifications" with their many champions.

    Yeah Salinas was a mandatory fight I believe. However I don't think that Regular champions are forced to defend against anyone in particular though, only that the super champion has to face the regular if the regular wants it.

    Apparently he's not a " real " World Champ, but the same people questioning the legitimacy of his World Title, are now demanding he fights mandatories.

    There are a lot of Villages missing somebody.

    Yes we KNOW he's not a "real" World. Champion, but he is A"real " mandatory challenger to a guy who IS...Rigo!

    So WHY won't he take his title shot?

    because he wants dollar like he said he wishes some one offered him 1.5 mill


    but why should frampton give him a payday should he not have to prove himself like brook gets told :huh:conf

    standards double i dont know

    people dont like domestic fights they like world class fight like khan algieri :oops:

    Len, you know the answer as well as most boxing fans do.

    Quigg vs Frampton is a carbon copy of the situation at Welterweight with Brook and Khan.

    Quigg vs Frampton means big bucks and big exposure for Quigg, in a fight where he has a decent chance of winning.

    Rigo vs Quigg wouldn't make any money and Quigg would likely lose.

    Why won't Frampton fight for a career high payday, in a big PPV event, instead of fighting for peanuts on ITV ?
