He was annoyed because the reporter insinuated that Floyd hasn't been tested. Pac's "leaked" videos were filmed by people in his camp who filmed and leaked it. So if Pacquiao hadn't released those videos, it'd be private, like Floyd's.

That's like saying "we've seen Pac training but not Floyd, therefore, Floyd isn't training."
