8-4 Peterson i was rooting for danny too but unlike these bias ass cheerleaders i know what i saw and Lamont Dictated and did everything that he wanted in the ring. if herera was a robbery then this was worse. danny looked out of his element and couldnt adjust and that lamont did better at walking danny down and cutting off the ring.
This fight needed to be a draw. Peterson just danced and flashed unefective jabs and then turned on in the 2nd half. Of course petersons rounds were more convincing but thats not how boxing is scored.
Peterson did very little for a 3rd of the fight, did enough for a 3rd and for the other made a bit of a fool of garcia. Garcia did nothing of note for a 3rd, didnt do enough for a 3rd and was made to look like a fool for the last 3rd. Garcia wins.
Peterson let Garcia get too far ahead. The point is hitting the guy, not posturing or showboating when you are, or may be, behind. I believe Peterson CAN beat Garcia, and maybe easily, he just did not do it this time. I think Garcia, in a move that will surprise no one, will not give him a rematch.
