Yes, Olympic style drug testing was NEVER done before so mayweather brought that up against Pacquiao in the first negotiation.

Mayweather felt that Prime Pacquiao was just an absolute BEAST and a big threat!

Polls are meant to cover subjects where there are conflicting opinions. At this rate your next poll can be "Do you believe in gravity?".

He had good reason though, willie pep was the only other smaller fighter who accomplished what pacquiao has done in Decades... so of course when a small fighter like Pacquiao is blowing through big fighters like cotto and cheato of course it raises red flags... look at his head man..your head stops growing when you hit a certain age..its seems pacquaios head has grown, so i think floyd is right for demanding random testing.. i dont think Pac took steroids, but i do think he took HGH, knowingly or unknowingly..

On ducking a prime Pacquiao, you must also admit that Floyd was also at his prime aswell. Both fighters are not at their prime now.

Of course, both are past their prime now that it's 2015!
I was talking about the Manny Pacquiao back in 2008-2010

Floyd asked for 50/50 split and for them both to do random drug testing that pac rejected. Pac went on to fight clottey, Floyd went on to fight the champ shane mosley.

Years later Pac was also asking his opponents for extra drug testing. Which his opponents accepted.

So we can clearly see that it was not a duck by Floyd. Drug testing should never have been an issue. If Floyd wanted to duck all he would've done was price himself out.:deal

Theres alot of factors that kept that fight from being made imo... in 2009when floyd came back to beat JMM and Pacquaio beat Cotto...I would say Pac was no.1 and Floyd was no.2.... But then Floyd fought the lineal champ in shane Mosely while Pac chose to fight clottey....At that moment whn floyd dominated shane that moved Floyd into the #1 spot P4P....Pacquaio declined random drug testing and floyd moved on...Pac fought cheato at 150 and floyd fought the no.3 guy in the division ortiz, and got a highly controversial Ko...floyd remained ahead of Pacquaio in the ww rankings and p4p..

Many offers were made from floyd to pacquaio, but arum intercepted each time and a cold war going on it made it nearly impossible for the 2 to meet in the ring...However you look at it floyd and arum have mended things and thats why the fight is happening now... but people dont understand this...its always floyd
'ducked this" floyd ducked that" but never one finger pointed toward sPacquiao or arum? Scared of needles, power pellets all this **** is irrelevent now, and the time has come, no more excuses and the better man will come out victorious.. and in my heart that man is floyd!!
