I don't understand how you can dislike the fella? If it's for personal reasons like the Skype thing then I venture to say you are odd. If it is for losing a fight then you have a fairly childlike view of combat sports. If it is for 'ducking' then I suppose you can make a case for it in the last year, though it should be clear he is trying to position for a huge payday against Pac/May.

Now... if it is for referring to himself in the third person ("We were ready for that fight and we were doing well in round one until he hit US with... etc)... then I full agree he is a turd. Plus northern accents in general are a bad advert for the UK. They make the country sound like a kind of re****ed hobbit-land. EYY OOP and all that. Jesus.

Before he lost to Prescott when he started to fight on PPV. He's still a very entertaining fighter, his fights are always exciting because he is fast, throws lots of punches, and is always susceptable to being KOed.

There is nothing really to like about the guy outside of the ring. Always chatting ****, thinks he is bigger than he is, fights in America making it difficult for UK fans, and lately cherrypicking feather-fisted opponents.

I found the whole Khan hype train embarrassing.

The televised fight with Kindelan was laughable, and the way his PR machine has brainwashed the casuals is cringeworthy.

He's a talented fighter, but the hype and the carefully steered career have left a nasty taste in real boxing fans mouths.

'We' is first person plural, not third. Third person would be him saying about himself 'Amir Khan is ready for that fight...', which he does do as is a telltale sign of a kn0bhead. Mind you, saying that loads of sports folk do it. Ricky Hatton used to say it. They must get advised to say it.

Most Muslims dislike him? Hahahaha well done you've raised the bar for deluded khan fans! 90% of his fans are little Muslim boys that drive around with about 8 blokes in a four seater playing light bulb changing music, now go back to making your whole town stink of whatever your covered up wife has to cook for you today

Good fighter but thinks he's better than he is and comes across like an arrogant pric k. Plus ducking all punchers since the Garcia loss and all the excuses he's come up with to duck Brook when it's the fight most fans want to see.

    I agree with this.
I remember when "amateur boxing" actually had some integrity and separation from the professional game ... (arguably, too much so in this country back in the 70s and 80s, when strict separation was enforced) ... and the whole spectacle of the Khan v Kindelan thing, promoted by Frank Warr*n, and called Amir's "final amateur bout", was both farcical and sickening.

When I found out he ran over an old pedestrian due to speeding, who later died from his injuries. And then the following week he was found guilty again of speeding.

Similar to when I heard about prince Naseeam ran over a motorist and broke every single bone in his body resulting in the victim having to have half his leg amputated.

To top it off instead of Nas getting out of his car to help the guy/call an ambulance, Nas ran off like a coward.

How anyone can be a supporter of these digusting hypocritical human beings?

As a person always thought he was a bit of a bellend.

As a fighter always been a big fan - lovely to watch with his speed skills - add that he's got ***** and mostly can't resist a tear up, and that he can be chinned then you have one of the most exciting boxers to watch

For me it was 100% yesterday when on twitter he uploaded a picture of chicken and rice and put 'just finished training, now going to eat this salad'

I cant respect a fully grown up adult who doesn't know the difference between a salad and chicken and rice

lol, I forgot to add that option to the poll!

As a boxer he should be top 5WW, the trouble is he rarely fights which leaves people to focus on other aspects of him.

I used to be / still am a fan, but I'm losing faith in him. If he fights a decent opponent and loses i'll support him, if he fights once every 6+ months and cherry picks easy fights its difficult to defend him.
