    I agree that Floyd had never truly had to dig deep. In his few fights that were close, that's it they were close. He's never been down on the cards, seriously hurt, or in a fight where he knew that he was pretty much down and needed a come from behind rally..

    I'm hoping Pac has what it takes to push Floyd to that level. I'm very confident that a younger Floyd had that in him, but men change as they age and that fire doesn't always remain (that's for both).

    Very refreshing response!!! Agreed 100%...I wondered many times how Floyd would react to starting to a lost right in the face and react accordingly.... SRL DID , and we all know how he reacted.... He'll ask Tommy Hearns!

    skill is nothing if you got no heart. once you are bloodied and seemed ripe for the picking, that's when those with great heart shine and make wonders.

    floyd's heart: check the fight with maidana2, he is full of complains.

    pac's heart: check his fight with margarito, he is compassionate with his opponent suffering more distruction.

    Check. Floyd gets rocked by Mosley - Floyd doesn't go down

    Check. Floyd gets rocked by Maidana I and II. Floyd doesn't go down.

    Check. Pac gets rocked by JMM. Goes to sleep for half an hour.

    Check. Pac gets rocked by Torrecampo. Goes to sleep again.

    CHECK. When the going gets tough, Floyd comes back, Pac goes to sleep and looks for the easy way out. CHECKMATE!

    Compassionate is a word for could not finish him. If he was so compassionate why did he bother KOing anybody? :patsch
