Those scorecards were absurd. Lucas won easily

    If you didn't give Lucas at least eight of those rounds, then you don't know how to score a fight.

    He just landed at will.


    He won the fight fairly easily.


    And i wanted Plodnikov to win.

    No way Provo won five rounds let alone six. Lucas beat the **** out of him! 8 rounds to 4 Matthysse.

    No one has any easy time with Ruslan. That said, Lucas won clearly IMO. And :patsch at all those imbeciles who doubted his chin.

    Wasn't an easy fight but the rounds were pretty clearly going to Lucas. Someone please explain the 114-114?

    9-3 Matthysse. Lucas snapping provs head back with 10-15 jabs a round and 5 or 6 big right hands/uppercuts. Ruslan was landing 3 or 4 big shots a round but was swinging wildly, missing, coming forward with completely ineffective aggression for the majority of the fight. Lucas controlled the fight and busted prov up.

    matty definatley won, but what was bizarre and made the fight appear to be closer then what it was, was provo's chin. He literally walked through everything matty and then hurt matty on occasion. It made many not appreciate matty's more accurate punching. this a testament how tough ruslan. That guy is something else

    116-112 Matthysse (and coming from someone who picked and put some vcash on Provodnikov).

    Landing 1-2 huge shots when Matthysse had the round won doesn't give Provodnikov the round.

    I thought it was close, 7-5 but I'll watch it again sometime and perhaps change my mind. In any event the right guy won.
