That's the most punches I've seen thrown and landed for a long time.

Horrendous, yet in line with the judges, commentators, most boxing writers on Twitter, and most fans scoring along in this very thread. (in other words, the entire world)

    :think

    Okay! :good

:rofl Agreed. I love both these guys and don't want the end of their careers accelerated any more than they need to be.

I feel bad for Ruslan, man. It was a close fight but Lucas edged it.
I think the only winnable fight for Ruslan would be Rios.

Yeah I know, maybe I shouldn't have scored lucas' jab and given rounds to provodnikov for landing 1 big shot a round. Lucas out landed him by over 120 punches

I like some of the things he does. I like the ducking, but he doesn't do enough rolling and he doesn't change angles enough.

He also needs to add the jab, right hook to the body to his ****nal.

The right hook to the body traps a guy against the ropes, and it also opens up the overhand right. It's also not very risky if you step forward with that jab and bring that right hook right behind it while bending low.

    And even the right uppercut.

Another thing that bothers me is how easily Provo gets smothered. A guy with his center of gravity should have no problem throwing uppercuts out of that stance. I like how he ducks, but he needs to readjust his balance so he's not leaning forward too much at times where his opponent can lean on him and prevent him from coming up with those uppercut.

Or he needs to step back.

    I don't know....

If he keeps taking shots like this, he needs to retire. He's clearly not getting any better. He's not learning a thing.

115-113 is the perfect score, Ruslan lost too many early rounds.

Here's two more 'ifs' for you:
If that was a 15-round fight, Lucas would have fought differently.
If Lucas had more power, he would have knocked Ruslan the F out.
