    Wins over Lara, Angulo and Trout not really what I would call a hype job.

    You can call it whatever you wish, many people(including myself) scored both fights for Alvarez.

    No one with many fights and a record that good is a hype job. They might not be as great as they are made out to be but never a hype job

    Let's say he's more bankable than good.

    He's a very good boxer but he's not elite. He's really marketable but, as a boxer, he has never really been ranked P4P as far as I remember. So I wouldn't say he's a hypejob, he's rated as who he really is.

    To be fair, boxing would be better off if there were more fighters like him, willing to face anyone. I'm not sold on his skills but he's got the *****, no doubt.
