Just imagine the shape he must have been in at 28 or at 18. And did you see Pacquiao when he had the 8 pack when he was in his 20s? What happened to ripped Pacquiao?
Looks good but nothing out of the ordinary. You guys are posting on boxing forums, you should be embarrassed of yourselves if you think being in shape is an achievement for a pro athlete, you chris arreola looking mother****ers. I am 32, 6'2 200 lbs 10% bf and I am a PhD student with a job. Now imagine a pro athlete that gets PAID to train. 38 is NOTHING.
you're talking about weight loss. getting jacked and packing muscles is a whole different story, especially if you are going 40s
Not really. If you eat right and work out regularly, you should be able to stay in pretty good shape well into your sixties.
Agreed. You don't pack slabs of muscle on at that age in a small amount of time like that. Dude is CLEARLY using. Shame his fanboys think otherwise...
Question about your diet: I'm running a 40/40/20 (20% fat) diet right now, and consuming anywhere from 2400-3000 calories a day. (We're similar build, I am 6' and 180) What is your fat intake allowed for the day? Do you go even lower to like 15% of your total? 20% seems to be working but I'm not down to 10% BF (yet) but I'm curious if my diet will get me there or if I need to cut even more fat grams out. I know my caloric intake is good, as I've shed some fat and replaced it with muscle while keeping my overall weight stable. (I don't want to bulk up too much) Just curious, cause we're similar in size and I like to know what kind of diet plans people use for their success.
He's definitely a little more built.....adding a little more muscle but he's still lean and mean! Floyd looks like he's serious about this fight....moreso than any other time. You see it with his approach to this fight and in the physical results. PAC looks ripped and ready too.....but Manny's focus seems to be on speed....Floyd's, power. Should be a great fight!
