Floyd is a natural 147 pounder, people need to stop looking at when fighters fought as kids and think that's their natural weight class. Your body grows with age.

Good point, except I didn't say that 106 was Floyd's natural weight class. I merely pointed out that this is where he started his career.

Also, I disagree with your statement that Floyd is a natural 147 pounder. Floyd is a natural 130-135lb fighter in my opinion, and the fact that he can successfully compete at 147 makes him even more impressive.

:good floyd could not even make a catch-weight of what 2 or 3 pounds against JMM? the guy is the definition of a true welterweight.

Nah man floyd cant make weight for a fight under 147 he is a natural 147 lbr his body matured into that weight and has fought in since mitchell in 2005 floyd has fought half of his career at that weight and cannot make 140 so yeah he is a natural 147.

Floyd has to believe he is the best ever. The second his confidence drops he is finished.

Yeah, exactly. He's not blowing himself up to 147 (he makes it comfortably) and I don't see him making 140 today without dehydrating himself. It's now his natural weight class (and has been for a long time).

Floyd has one KO in the last decade. He needed a sucker punch to KO Ortiz.. I don't want to hear anyone saying Wlad is less exciting to watch than Floyd, Floyd is the cure to insomnia. Show me a time when Floyd KO'd someone like how Wlad KO'd Pulev, which won ESPNS KO of the year. Wlad is FAR more exciting than Floyd.

I think Floyd could make 140 or even 135 if he really wanted to. You remember how sharp PBF looked at 130-135? That was the best version of Floyd imo.

Nah he couldn't even make a catchweight against marquez years ago he was an absolute beast @ those weight's but with a lot of boxers in the lower weight divisions as they mature their bodies outgrow the division. floyd has fought @ 147 since he was in his late 20's he is a 147 lbr

He's definitely not a junior middle, I don't think he ever made the limit whenever he fought there, usually comes in at like 150 pounds.

Nobody has a problem in hindsight about Muhammad Ali saying he is the greatest, nobody will have that problem with Floyd in hindsight.

I can't wait for 10 years down the road when people stop pretending like Floyd isn't special and can acknowledge him for what he is.

Floyd is about as witty as a 5 year old with down-syndrome. But he's a ATG boxer, make no mistake about that.
