He needs a good S&C coach. His power needs a lot of improvement but he can't fix the fact that he has problems with his hands.
Pacquiao could give him crumbs and it would be more than he's ever made. The epic beatdown would be worth the price.

For real Paulie is likely 100% on PEDS now. What a way to end his career...rioded up beating nobodies in 12 round decisions LOL. He is fighting lower calibre fighters...he can dictate low level OR EVEN NO drug testing. Memo will hook him up with designer PEDS...job is a good'n... really sad...Fighters even openly admit to working with in some capacity with Memo to try and make it look like they are open and have nothing to hide but really the only thing that can prove anything is a drug test which they pass anyway.
has everyone really gone off Paulie now? he was getting a bit of respect there for awhile but id say all that godwill is gone now. A good S and C could really help him out though, youd be highliy suspicous of peds but im sure heridia is still a top trainer regardless.
