If you think he survived against Hearns twice he was dropped hard in both fights, he took hearns best at 147 and 168. He had a war with duran at ww , and had to keep a past prime, but still very dangerous Hagler off him at 160.

Who would you pick to stop Prime Leonard? from 147-154. Very Good Chin, Huge heart, Blinding handspeed, Decent power, Great stamina and Most important of all, Ultra fast feet - these are all attributes that make leonard very hard to stop. If hearns cant do it can anyone? :think

    15rounds!!

Just to correct you Hearns didn't drop Leonard in their first fight, he knocked him down twice in their second meeting. I can't recall Leonard ever being hurt by a left hook so who knows, maybe Robinson could hurt him bad with his deadly left hook??

Best shot has to be Robinson at 147 although I don't think he would .. at 154 maybe McCallum .. not likely ..

    Robinson would.

Felix Trinidad has a solid shot to KO Leonard as well.

I don't think anyone from 147-154. But at 160?...I'd give a shout to Roy Jones Jr.

He would have to come down in weight... but yes, he already proved he has what it takes to whack Sugar Ray. That's why I think Felix Trinidad could do it, very powerful and fast.

If we want to go way back.. Barbados Joe Walcott could hit hard and fast, and would have the experience to land.

Trouble is, if Hearn's could not finish ray, who has a better chance?

Robinson obviously could, and I think he would if he really wanted to.

I don't think Trinidad would catch him enough to stop him. Ray would utilize his foot speed to stay out of danger. I think he was too slick to get kod by Trinidad.

I don't think anyone at 147 stops him.

Prime Sugar Ray takes out Norris not vice versa. Old Leonard got pummelled by Norris but that's not really indictative of what would happen in his prime. He was much more resilent than Norris but possessed the same type of speed and power.

Norris was more aggressive and had better handspeed and power than Leonard ever had. And Leonard was better in every other department, basically. Anyway, Norris didn't actually stop Leonard when he fought him so I'm not saying it would happen, but there is an off chance at 54 over 15 rounds.
