IB had a night off. You better rewatch that.

If you are reaching, you could have given Jennings 4 rounds perhaps. Giving him any more than that is a joke.

9-3 aka 116-111 is the correct score.

Let's see if we have got this straight...

115-112 Klitschko (that's 8-4 Klitschko plus the deduction) is okay "if you are reaching".

116-111 Klitschko (7-5 plus the deduction) is "correct".

That, in a fight where lots of the middle rounds featured Klitschko's jab-n-grab versus Jennings' body shots, neither really putting a clear stamp on them?

    Ooookay.... :good

Well, according to boxrec and Wikipedia, it's:
    Wlad: 81"
    Wach: 82"
    Pulev: 80"
Thompson: 81.5" (which is basically no advantage in my book)
    Hasim Rahmad: 82"
    Ray Austin: 80"

So only Rahmad and Wach had a real reach advantage and it was only an inch. Not close to Jennings' 84" or Fury's 85".

I should point out I was wrong though, but it does seem like this was his first with a very serious reach disadvantage. It's not that I think that reach is a huge deal, but it might have thrown Wlad off.

I kind of regret making that post like reach could have been the single thing that made Wlad perform poorly. It's not. It was just kind of an interesting note I thought.

10-2 rounds Klitschko with Jennings taking the 6th and the 9th.

Take the point deduction from the 10th and you have:

    117-110.

I had the exact score Lederman had and saw it the same way.

Jennings made it interesting and showed a great chin, but another relatively easy win for Klitschko.

He is slowing down, but still not enough for anyone to beat him or even make it competitive yet. Hopefully Fury can make things more interesting. I have no faith in Wilder or his chin to be able to do so.

This fight is like a bigger scale version of what mayweather vs pacquiao will look like. Pacquiao being Jennings of course.

What people need to remember is that Jennings is a much bigger fighter than either pacquiao or mayweather. Or Berto. This all factors in.

Pacquiao will concentrate on floyds body like jennings did, and potentially rock mayweather's solar plexus.

Also, as Roy or Jim said, if Wlad had a good uppercut then the fight would have been even easier for him.

Yep, that's it. Exactly as Lederman saw it. I felt like I was in a mind-meld with Lederman. Saw it exactly as he did. Only two rounds. As Roy said at the end of the show, Jennings has to learn that in the pros the shots to the head mean more to the judges than the shots to the body do.

Jennings won at least 3 rounds, this coming from Wlad's fan.

I score it 8-4 or 9-3 (115-112 or 116-111) so IB scores aren't far away from it.

118-109 on one of the judges' card is joke.
