Paulie himself mentioned Memo as dirty. See the irony? And even if he didn't, Memo is an admitted PED expert who boast of making "undetectable" PEDs.
Ariza said he'd like to juice Pacquiao, Fortune was a ped user and said some guys are just dumb enough to get caught. They don't sound clean to me. You can't pick and choose and claim guilty by association. Memo could be supplying just like Ariza or Fortune.
