Lewis was always most vulnerable going into a bout not fully prepared. When prepared fully he was a machine and practically unstoppable. A fully prepared Lewis stops Klit within 7 rounds. Those roundhouse rights Lewis misses with he shortens and connects with devastating consequences. If you watch the last round a short right before the bell had Klitchco out on his feet.

He didn't look bad at 256 but I can hardly imagine that neither Lewis nor Steward felt this was an ideal weight for him. He spent his whole career under 256 and all of a sudden shows up after a year layoff weighing that much, and both of them nod to each other saying " well I guess that works." Nah......

Vitali was supposed to be on the undercard fighting Ross Purrity he had exactly the same notice of the change of opponent as Lewis had and he in fact started his camp before Lewis did.
Your statement is exactly the same as the two others you made ,namely that Lewis weighed in in his street clothes, and that Lewis was more marked up around the eyes than Vitali after the fight. Absolutely untrue as is the third assertion that Lewis fouled Vitali to cause the cuts.

Vitali's cut above the eye was caused by a right hand in the third round. How about the cut under his eye in the 5th was that caused by stitching too?

That's four out of four assertions by you that are outright lies.
Below Vitali after the fight

No doubt that will not prevent you from repeating them again at some point.

Vitali was 3 weeks from 30 years old with 33 fights under his belt, which aspects of his game indicate that he improved a good bit later ?
Please point them out.

Explain so.

No doubt Lewis was not fully prepared for this fight.

He threw many roundhouse wild right hands that missed which if thrown correctly would have done serious damage.

Watch the last round. Lewis lands a chopping right hand to the side of his opponents head and he stumbles drunkenly towards Lewis. Lewis then ends the round with a powerful uppercut.

"No doubt Lewis was not fully prepared for this fight. "

"A fully prepared Lewis stops Klit within 7 rounds"

"a short right before the bell had Klitchco out on his feet."

"Lewis then ends the round with a powerful uppercut"

This is some weird stuff. I'm intrigued. How many of you are in there?

All these are factual statements? Even the personal opinions that contradict each other?

You need glasses. No statements contradict one another.

I'm wearing my glasses and I still see this...

"No doubt Lewis was not fully prepared for this fight. "

"A fully prepared Lewis stops Klit within 7 rounds"

Should I stand on my head and use a mirror for this to make sense? Is there an alternate universe you inhabit where the fight as is did not already end within 7 rounds?

:huh

I take back the street clothes weigh in, that was Kirk Johnson. Now can you admit a similar mistake?

As usual your posts are factually incorrect. Vitali was not fighting Ross Purity on the undercard, it was someone else who was undefeated. And he was training for a 10 round match, not a 12 round match like Lewis was.

As for Lewis being old, he was a very good older fighter. Also it was Vitali who made him look bad. Had Lewis fought Kirk Johnson as planed and KO'd him in five ( Vitlai did it in two rounds ) no one is saying Lewis looks " old ".

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtdOteT5G0Q

All three judges had Vitlai up 4-2. Lewis was tired and crashed down hard on his stool after the 6th round ended. Even Max Kellerman, who wasn't a fan of Vitali in 2003 said he never saw Lewis so tired. Fact!

Punch stats:

Klitschko
Jabs: 77/240
Power: 79/192
Total: 156/432

Lewis
Jabs: 52/120
Power: 50/102
Total: 102/222

Lewis said he would re-match, but tucked tail when he WBC ordered the re-match:deal

Incredible.

Ok so you can have every nuance spelled out to you

A fully prepared Lewis KOs Vitali EASILY within 7 rounds.

Make not mistake if the WBC ordered Lewis to take a fat Johnson, he would have no problem bending over to their will.

This was your statement:

"A fully prepared Lewis stops Klit within 7 rounds"

It speaks in the theoretical of what already happened.
