Seriously What is it with Brits in always overrating their fighters ability. I seriously don't get it. Wlad - Fury reminds me of Mayweather - Hatton when so many Brits were picking Hatton to beat Mayweather, when the discrepancy in skill level was so obvious to anyone who wasn't influence by spirit of patriotism. Wlad will destroy Fury in under 4 rounds.

I agree that Fury is not a murderous puncher. However, Wlad's chin is so bad that it wouldn't shock me if Paulie Malignaggi knocked him out, let alone a big bloke like Fury.

Maybe it's the need to counter this excessive underrating. I think Wlad wins, but Fury's a good fighter. I favor him in a close decision over Jennings if those 2 ever meet.

So Wlad doesn't last as long as Christian Hammer? lol Fury is not a hard puncher at world level. If anybody is getting stopped inside 6 rounds it's going to be Fury.

Fury was behind on cards vs Cunningham, I seriously fail to see how he could outpoint Wlad. The only way he can win is by way of KO, and he will get KO'd himself if he goes for the KO.

    check this out after 7:50 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wyq7wBZ8IAc

Fury says "Everybody in Britain was cheering for him(Haye) against Klitschko. But he goes in and plays around after he cant get a few shots off in the 3 or 4 rounds and decides I'm gonna lose on points because Wladimir don't usually beat people on points so I can be one of those losers on points."

I don't think he'd go there to lose on points after having said all these, he'd be subject to too much ridicule. So chances are this fight will end in a KO, and very very likely Fury is the one getting KO'd.

Why is this good news? Fury's a downgrade from Jennings.

As bad as Wald's chin is (its not that bad) its still better than Fury's. I don't think that Cunningham punch could stun Wlad. The guys that knocked down/out Wlad were great punchers, Tyson is not.

Because Wlad not stopping Jennings does not neglect the 50 something opponents he knocked out. Styles make fight.

People on here have built Fury up as some savage punching quick boxer he isn't anything but the opposite. He is a Glass Jawed fat oaf with no power or skills to bother Wlad. It is getting comical really the skill set people are trying to give Fury that reality tells us he doesn't have. His resume is awful his biggest fights have been Chisora and Cummingham both mediocre Heavyweights. One he had to cheat to beat. Speaks volumes.

If people were complaining about Jennings being mismatched they have absolutely no right to be excited about Fury.

In fairness, Fury's got personality and some charisma, and that alone is enough to get some people excited.

I'm sure people who're excited about Fury were also excited when Wlad fought Wach who was also "bigger, younger, hungrier" than Wlad and just like Fury, he had a clear resume fighting B and C grade bums until that point. Then he got in the ring with Wlad and got beaten like there's no tomorrow leaving his undefeated status on the canvas.
