Badou Jack can still be a serious SMW contender.

This is an example of how dumb Internet boxing fans are as soon as a guy loses they say he is finished it's ridiculous, well done Jack.

Ues Badou Jack is a great fighter, misjudged by many. He is capable of being a star for sure

 

Dang, I've only been on this forum a month but this is the first time I've seen this MVC guy be right about anything. Glad he's on my ignore list so I don't have to hear him gloat.

 

I'm not sure MVC! would've said any of this if Jack weren't a member of TMT, but he was spot-on here. :yep

Jack deserves a lot of credit for clearly defeating the man who beat the man that had become the man with a trio of solid victories (Davis, Sjekloca, Periban) to get positioned in the ratings to vie for the belt when it was vacated, and capture it.

The quick blowout loss to Edwards shouldn't have meant writing him completely off, considering his amateur pedigree and obvious natural talent.

 

On a completely unrelated note did you know that even a broken clock tells the right time twice a day?

 

Like when you said Andre Ward comfortably makes 168 and can't make 175 he's too small and still debated when I showed you he walks around at 185 and up.

But honestly good call Bdou Jack showed loads of talent and has improved a lot since Perbian. He took some shots from Anthony Dirrel even if they were just winging shots Dirrel still has pop on those shots. I think he fought really smart and staying on Dirrels chest so he could not load up really won him the fight and negated Dirrels power. Let's see how he does against the Dirrel-Degale winner and of course Groves.

Both Jack and Groves have been knocked out the fight will be interesting. Groves hasn't looked that great lately but has better power.

 

Groves is going to reshatter his jaw.
