Mike doesn't place so much importance on money. He knows life is deeper than just dollar bills. You can't take it with you when you die. Tyson is loved everywhere he goes because he's 100% real. Nobody will look at him any different whether he's rich or broke.
He didn't just say that though. He tried to minimize ali's accomplishments against Foreman. Don't try and make it out that all Floyd said is that he thinks he's better. "Are you going to tell me its cool to lay on the ropes and take punishment and let a man tire himself out from beating you. He's basically fatigued - you hit him with a few punches and he goes down and quits. You want to be glorified for that? Absolutely not, not me." That's what Floyd said and that's why he's being criticized.
LOL. Notice, as the time draws near, Mike won't say who he thinks will win. All of a sudden he's undecided, in spite of his obvious hate.
This is Mike Tyson the "student" of the game and so called alpha male: 1. Lost to Buster Douglass in a fight that Douglass was a 45 to 1 underdog. 2. Koed by Holyfield in the 1st fight in which he was heavily favored. 3. Was getting beat by Holyfield in the 2nd fight and bit his ear to get out of the fight. 4. ***ually assulted Teddy Atlas's female relative. 5. Convicted of and spent time in Prison for ****. 6. Alledgedly beat up his wife, Robin Givens, and gave her a black eye. 7. Threatened to **** journalists until they loved it. 8. Was'nt intelligent enough to hold on to the millions and millions of dollars he made during his career. Also, a man is not great because he's loved by "the people". A man is great because he excels at what he does. Look up the word great dummies. This is the man you all love. Not because he's great, because he is not a great man in or outside of the ring. You all love this dude because he has negative things to say about Mayweather.
All of that is irrelevant. This thread is about Tyson's comments on Floyd's claim that he is better than Ali. Everything else you wrote about Tyson's private life and past performances is immaterial.
Damn this is a vintage "Iron" Mike Tyson interview!!! You know like before a fight where he was taunting his opponents??!! Haven't seen this from Mike Tyson in a long while (Well maybe with the exception of that Canadian television interview where Mike put that douchebag host in his place for asking an out of line question last year) WOW :admin
Floyd would not be able to KO 70 year old Foreman if he punched him for half and hour, i laughed so hard when Mike said he is little scared man
Nonsense. Not only was Tyson EXTREMLY personal in his statements, look at how he brings up Mayweather's children, but 95% of the comments in this thread are full of hate for Mayweather.
Listen I'm big Floyd fan he is better than Pac and i expect Floyd to school him, but he aint greater than Ali and Mike is right about what he said.
