Was Maidana a better opponent than Bradley, Algieri, and Rios?

Correct, kotelnik fight was 7-5 either way or a draw, Khan was probably 6 rounds each, first Floyd fight was competitive, maidana won anything from 4-7 rounds. 2nd Floyd fight is a clear win for Floyd, but no disgrace in that, he fought like he respected Maidana, ran, held, massive ring etc.

The Devon fight is his only really bad loss, and he wasn't in a good place, trainer got seriosuly i'll 3 or 4 weeks before the fight, wanted to retire and was out of shape. he has never fought as badly before or since so these excuses are valid IMO. Robert Garcia really has improved him as well.

    Great post.

no mayweather held a belt at 154 and Martinez challenged him so how is that 2 weight classes different if Martinez said I will fight you at 160 then maybe I would agree

that was a clear duck man

Which Maidana didn't had a good trainer and Alexander was clinching way too much which when floyd did the same in the rematch you pac****s was crying lol.

It was a shutout, clinching was not in any way the determining factor in this fight.

Maidana beats Algieri and Rios easily and has a tough fight with Bradley.

fighters can have bad nights, improve and go to have good fights/wins just like Maidana has.

I would be extremely confident in maidana vs Algieri and Rios, Bradley is tougher fight to call but Maidana would have a shot, Bradley has seen better days, looks very much beatable to me at 147.
